HQ Important Announcements 5/4/2020

Hi Pony Central members,

We have some concerns regarding hqg1c ponies listed and sold on eBay, Etsy and Mercari.

If you are looking to purchase hqg1c ponies - be sure to check prices to make sure you do not overpay. We have noticed a strong inflation of the prices from various sellers on eBay, which is fine. However, hqg1c characters have been listed and many sold for up to 5 times the amount of what all our distributors are selling them for. Some appear to be seconds with flaws not listed, others have been dyed without stating and worst of all listed as an original MLP. This may confuse a potential buyer and also steer them away from the hqg1c project in the future.

We understand as collectors that if a particular pony is no longer available, the price will most likely increase.

If the pony you wish to add to your collection is not from an original source, we strongly advise you to do your research before completing the transaction.

If you are selling any hqg1c pony figure, accessory or print on an online marketplace - ponies should be advertised as an hqg1c custom. Brand name should be unbranded or handmade - titles and descriptions should not include "My Little", as they are not.

We strongly encourage that if you wish to add hqg1c ponies to your collection, to purchase from one of our distributors below. We need to get these ponies to new homes, so we can make future additions.
