We're welcoming MLP of every kind, vintage toys, art, crafts, fan-made items of all sorts. Vending is easy & set-up is on Friday (Time to be announced) so there's no morning rush / crunch to get your table ready.  Sales begin on saturday. You CAN have more than 1 table, if you want--bring all your ponies and vintage related toys to trade & make money while having fun
Vendor considerate: Special Guests will arrive AFTER vending-hours close so vendors get to participate in all events...no missing out to mind your booth!

Hey everyone! Just a heads up, the original room block filled yesterday, and more rooms have opened. It's highly suggested to grab your room first, to ensure you are at the pff hotel and get the block rate. Hotel includes unlimited breakfast buffet, popcorn, soda, happy hour buffett with drinks included! You will not be charged until after you checkout, and may cancel your stay at the Drury up to 24 hours before your check-in time without being charged.
Room block is extremely limited and once this next one fills, we are not guaranteed to have another block available. Book your room reservations asap! Hope to see you all there! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

from facebook: Hi Pony Friends, Only one table is available in the vendor hall! If you are interested in selling ponies, please secure your table as soon as possible. There will be a wait list going up, as soon as the last one is sold. The waitlist does not guarantee you will get a table. Hotel room block has filled, but we are working with the hotel to get more block rates open for attendees! Special guests, and event exclusive figure and merchandise will be revealed in the next few weeks! We hope to see you this fall!

We are working on getting another room block started with the final rooms available at the drury plaza location for $130
A night. Once these 16 rooms are taken the hotel block will be completely sold out.

We will potentially be looking into another room block at an adjacent hotel once the block is completely filled.

Once these are available, please do not wait to reserve your room if you wish to stay in the official PFF hotel.

*PFF crew is trying to see how much interest in the following ticketed events, so we will know how many time slots to offer!

Would anyone be interested in a create pony activity on Saturday of PFF? This would be around $10 per person. It will include a blank PFF exclusive base pony with hair already rooted in. The activity would include temporary tattoos, acrylic markers, options to dye the pony hair, etc. If there is interest, we will be adding this option to the ticket tailor site! We are also thinking about showcasing your creation on Sunday of the event at the closing ceremony! Please reply below and let me know if you're interested and how many PFF HQG1C blank bases you'd be interested in.
